Wednesday is the official training day. Two safety boats will be provided. Check in is at 9am on the beach.
Compulsory PFD, leash, Safetrx. The proposed course (subject to sea conditions) is out to sea, past the Southern Breakwater and then across the river mouth and back. Please try to stay together in small groups, according to your skill level. Make sure to put your name on the list before you leave the beach.
