The event hub, and the start venue for both races will be the Point Water Sports Club. The club has fantastic facilities and the staff are preparing for your imminent arrival.
The club operates on a cashless system. Access to the facility and payment for all meals and refreshments is only done through a membership card. Each competitor will receive a personalised membership card at registration. There will be a R50 deposit for the card.
Each card will be pre loaded with an amount that should cover a lunch on the day of the race. Those who have entered SS1 or SS2 will have R200 loaded. Those who have entered both SS1 and SS2 will have R400 loaded.
The amount that is loaded can be utilised at any time for meals or refreshments and does not need to be utilised for lunch on the day of the race.
The card can be topped up with a credit card at designated payment points.
The first day of registration is Monday the 13th. Any athlete arriving before this date may collect their cards from the PWSC office.
